Step 1: Complete Your Rental ✅

✔ Finish your rental or reservation online.

Once your rental is complete, you'll receive everything you need to access your unit.

Step 2: Purchase Your Lock 🔒

Your storage unit requires an approved lock.

• Purchase your lock directly from the kiosk.
• Lock cost: $10
• Take the lock and keys with you before heading to your unit.

Step 3: Find Your Unit 📍

Locate the unit number listed in your rental confirmation.

Need help finding your unit?

Select Call a Manager from the kiosk home screen for assistance.

Step 4: Secure Your Unit 📦

1. Open your storage unit.
2. Place your belongings inside.
3. Close the door completely.
4. Install your new lock.
5. Keep your keys in a safe place.

Step 5: Download Smart Entry (If Applicable) 📱

Some locations use the Smart Entry app for gate access.

• Download the Smart Entry app.
• Log in using your account information.
• Follow the prompts to open the facility gate.
